The International audit confirmed the compliance of the quality of JSC "VZM" products to the requirements of the European Directive 97/23 / EC (equipment operating under pressure)
Vladimir Plant of Metal hoses successfully passed the European certification. The Corrugated Metal Hoses of JSC "VZM" meet all requirements of Directive 97/23 / EC
In January 2016 Notified Body of TÜV Rheinland (Germany, Cologne) has completed the audit of the Vladimir Plant of Metal hoses and has issued the international certificates. The audit confirmed the quality of products conforms to the requirements of European Union standards. The fulfillment conditions of certification also understood as gradual improvements of the product quality and the quality system at the plant. To pass the international audit JSC "VZM" carried out activities for increasing products requirements and production processes.
Among them:
- Expansion of testing facilities, including production the stand for life- cycle tests of new types of metal hoses.
- Training and certification of personnel in accordance with the rules and regulations of the European Union.
- Improvement of normative and technical documentation in accordance with Directive 97/23 / EC requirements.
The perfect quality of metal hoses was confirmed by the test results in accordance with Directive 97/23 / EC, all tests were carried out in the presence of an international commission. All metal hoses have passed the full cycle tests. This proves that the quality system and production of JSC "VZM" allows meeting any customer's needs for high quality products. The continuously improvement the quality system and production technology, regular monitoring of the independent auditors from the various branches of industry - all these to ensure and maintain, and further improve product quality and service level of JSC "VZM".
