Corrugated Metal Hoses
VZM manufactures and supply bellow type sealed high-pressure corrugated metal hoses with end fittings of any types in accordance with DIN, ASME and customer’s requirements.
Production facilities of VZM are certified within ISO 9001 system. The products are certified against GOST requirements and have permission for application on hazardous facilities of Federal Environmental. VZM has also obtained license for supervision of nuclear and radiation safety of Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia.

Strip made of stainless steels AISI 321, AISI 304, AISI 304L, AISI316L and their equivalents is used. Designation “corrugated metal hose AISI 304” means that the bellow is made of AISI 304.

End fittings:
Various stainless and carbon steels in accordance with customer’s requirements. End fittings can be copperized upon customer’s request.

Technical characteristics of corrugated metal hoses
Working pressure, bend radius, reliability and resistance of corrugated metal hoses made of stainless steels depend on the bellow used mainly. Standard modification MR015 of bellow meets requirements of majority of our customers.
