High-pressure corrugated metal hose with flange
In order to provide detachable and tight connection to a pipeline VZM offers corrugated metal hoses with flanges as per GOST, DIN, ANSI/ASME and other standards. Flanges are made of stainless or carbon steel or other materials. Corrugated metal hoses are equipped with counter flanges, gaskets and fasteners upon customer’s request.

Modifications of corrugated metal hoses with flanges
- F01. Union with fixed slip-on flange according DIN EN 1092, ANSI/ASME B16.5, etc.
- F02. Union with fixed welding neck flange according DIN EN 1092, ANSI/ASME B16.5, etc.
- F03. Union with Loose plate flange according DIN EN 1092, ANSI/ASME B16.5 and weld-on plate collar

Made of stainless steel bellow is pressure bearing part of corrugated metal hose. It provides base characteristics of high-pressure corrugated metal hose – tightness, resistance and reliability. VZM offers as standard bellows that meet the majority of requirements as special modifications.Send us all known parameters (working pressure, bend radiuses, temperature and others) to select a corrugated metal hose with optimal bellow for your operation conditions.
