With weld end

High-pressure corrugated metal hose with weld end

Welding to a pipeline is the most common type of connection of high pressure corrugated metal hose. Corrugated metal hoses with weld ends are designed to provide permanent sealed flexible connection. Welded ends are made of stainless pipes in accordance with GOST and DIN standards. As per customer’s requirements welded ends can be made of carbon steel.

Selecting a corrugated metal hose by characteristics of bellow

Made of stainless steel bellow is pressure bearing part of corrugated metal hose. It provides base characteristics of high-pressure corrugated metal hose – tightness, resistance and reliability. VZM offers as standard bellows that meet the majority of requirements as special modifications.

Send us all known parameters (working pressure, bend radiuses, temperature and others) to select a corrugated metal hose with optimal bellow for your operation conditions. Characteristics of some types of bellows are also shown on our website (go to the Tables below).
