Vladimir Plant of Metal Hoses launches new equipment to produce bellow expansion joints

Vladimir plant of Metal Hoses (VZM) implements program to modernize its production facilities. The new equipment is used to manufacture bellow expansion joints with nominal diameters from 25 to 1000 mm and allows to extend product range, optimize process technologies and improve quality.

VZM supplies axial bellow expansion joints made of stainless steel within the broad range of technical parameters and with various end fittings.

• Nominal diameter (DN): from 25 to 1000 mm,
• Nominal pressure (PN): from vacuum,
• Media temperature: from -196 to +550 °С,
• Number of plies: up to 5,
• Movements absorption: as per customer’s requirements,
• End fittings: as per customer’s requirements.

Full-cycle production provides VZM with capabilities to design and manufacture bellows expansion joints not merely in large quantities but also as per customer’s request in quantities starting with 1unit. The plant is ready to execute urgent orders considering customer’s needs on delivery terms.

Bellow expansion joints produced by VZM are widely used in metallurgy, chemical, machine building, oil and gas, mining, utility and nuclear fields.

All products manufactured by ZAO VZM pass through tests on leak tightness, mechanical strength and life cycle. Quality management system of the plant is certified in accordance with ISO 9001-2011. Quality is controlled on every stage of product manufacturing.
